Feel like a huge tight compressing band is wrapped around my chest and I cannot breathe. Feel tired and sad and ashamed of myself. Feel like I'm being selfish. But feel detached at the same time

Got sore muscles today. Don't know why my upper back has been in such knots lately. I expect it is anxiety. Did too much earlier in the week and now how sore joints. Forced rest. Ugh. :O_o:

I feel angry b/c of what PTSD has taken from me.
I feel despondent b/c my husb hasn't paid me a single complement on my looks since he's been home from overseas (14 months).
I feel alone. Moreso than I did when he was actually gone.
I feel like an island.

Today I just feel tired and blah. The weather sure isn't helping. It's cold, windy, mostly cloudy. Yuck!

I feel relaxed - a very unusual occasion. :-) I've been so swamped with school, and now - I graduated. I have no schoolwork to do today. I'm listening to pleasant quiet music... It's wonderful.
