What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I feel ok today. My skin is itchy, but I don't mind too much today. Let's see how the day progresses. I am feeling happy for the fun my children and I had last night. We had kissing monster "fights." Completely adorable.

Today I feel lost, hopeless, anxious, nervous, scared, and overwhelmed. I feel like I live on a roller coaster and I can't get off this horrible ride. I feel like men are more powerful and will always win no matter what. Men will always win every argument, fight (physically and verbally), and always have power and control over me.

I really hope you do get off the rollercoaster ride.

Men are not more powerful. Whether it's men or women, they can only be more powerful if we give them the power. Speaking from my own experience, sometimes we enable them to treat us this way. Learning to say no is very hard, you have to take back the power. A person can only control you if you let them.

I am feeling alone. H has just left, he will be home late tomorrow night.

I'm feeling good though that before he went, I used the car to take the dogs out for an early walk. Now though the evening is stretching ahead of me, like a long empty space.

I am feeling tired and scared, I think. I don't think I'm going to be able to keep working for much longer unless something changes.

I am feeling good. I hope to do food shopping today. Mabe we will go. I had such a good time yesterday.

Still off-balance from the wake up anxiety, falling deeper into depression over it. Maybe if I take a nap I'll have a better wake up and can try again.

I am feeling better after a good afternoon sewing and hubby seems to be back on a level.
