Fear, insecurity, lonely.

I feel very anxious this morning. I have done such a great job eating healthy the last couple of days and that really helps my mood. Now, all I can think about is sugar and if I give in, my mood will be crazy. Wish me luck.

Well I got through the day and that was pretty good.

It was pretty difficult. I was on the edge of anxious panic attack yet I hung in there.

I'm feeling happy and hopeful as some friends and I are going out Thrift Store Shopping. (I'm also going to vote). It should be a fun day with lunch in an inexpensive restaurant too. Someping is a "girl thing" and so I don't feel danger usually while doing this, whereas other activities that include men more readily will sometimes make me nervous or worse.

I love to thrift shop! I am feeling scared, happy and fragile, lol. I am seeing my T today, going to a new chronic pain group with my peeps and then out to lunch.

I am feeling good. I had a good phone call from my sponser and we chatted for a while. I will be going to the UPS store and mail my kris kringle package today, and then I will go to my daughters house to see her kitten that she just had. It is windy outside very much. I do not like driving in the santa anas. So I will have to be strong. I hope today will be a good day.

Frustrated and finding it a tad hard to concentrate.

For no other reason than our cat is being very very fussy. Wont settle, keeps jumping up behnd where ever we are sitting and it is very distracting.
