Okay I feel a silly billy.

This avoidance thing is something to get onto, pronto. I avoided dealing with a government department and when I sat down to do it - well it is not that hard. So I am happy I have done this and I am very lucky as well.

So I feel prepared as well. If something worries me I need to sit down, write it out, search/google, ask advice or guidance - then break it down to bite sized pieces. None of this low level or high level generalised anxiety stuff - just get to it and do it!

Yeah Yeah - great for me to be typing this now after all the procrastination! :)
