What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

My head is too busy this morning and running in too many directions. Feeling very off my path and trying to find it again.

I feel very exhausted. Had an gastroscopy yesterday and was so stressed about that appointment, that I didn't sleep the night before. I also am very anxious among a crowd of people. So going to a city isn't very relaxing. Needless to say, I couldn't sleep this night neither. Just to exhausted.

Not sure what's got me depressed so harder to figure out what might help. A bit frustrated too, my emotions are so jumbled that I can't pin down what's going on.

Very tired and thankful it is Friday.

My heart aches for the suffering of friends and family.

Feeling very sensitive and helpless.

I am feeling high anxiety and struggling with feeling SI on and off.

I feel grateful for the love of my family.

I feel connected for the first time in years.

I feel positive, and stronger.

I am feeling SI, anxiety and a great deal of angst. I had some okay patches today.

I feel proud of my self(a long time ago I felt that feeling), confused, exhausted, restless, as if my head is full and empty at the same time, and somehow so very flat.

AND: I feel angry. Very angry. But then I get exhausted from feeling so much anger, and I go right back to laying on my back not being able to do anything at all or even move.
