What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I am feeling better. Today was a bad day that has turned around. I got a call back for a job but cannot take it because it is part time without benefits. It was still good to get called about the job though. I'll focus on full time jobs with benefits from here out.

The anxiety was really rugged the morning from about 5.30am until 9am. I feel wiped out. Found it hard to get going. Had a shower and washed my hair. Up now and dressed. Anxiety burning in the base of my neck. Gagging with anxiety and trouble breathing.

Grieving for my my husband, I had a very rough day today. I am struggling today. I am very glad that I am going to my daughters house tomorrow. I am feeling mightly low. It was a very hard day to get through.

I feel just so absolutely exhausted, depleted, trapped and overworked.

I feel like I have made so many mistakes. It is sobering. It is humiliating. I feel like I don't have the skills to manage my life. I have so much to learn.

Woke up feeling anxious and with a head buzzing full of racing, panicky, almost overwhelming thoughts, but I'm feeling calm and unbothered tonight because I decided to have a 'me' day and spent the whole day and evening watching movies. I should do this more, I think.

Anxious. Frustrated. Impatient. Hypervigilant.

Burning with anxiety. Wanting to go to sleep because of the anxiety.

Determined to get a few things done around the house today. Will reward myself with a cup of lemon and ginger tea and a movie once everything I want to do is done.

Feel better now. Went for a short walk. Then ran an errand. Then rang lifeline. Then rang a friend. Doing some cleaning at home now. Feel good about that.

I did have a little nap after I came home from the walk. But I got up and got going after that.

I am feeling so much more connected a friend has invited me over! I am so pleased!
