What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Today has been very tough, severe anxiety over the kids and school
scared~ I won't be able to do it
Discouraged~ Thoughts of giving up cross my mind and I don't like that, This began about 2 weeks ago.

Do others have these kinds of feelings at one time or another that suffer with PTSD?

Been crying off and on today.

Feeling alone

I hate this

I want it to all go away!! I'm tired, I'm so tired of fighting.

We all have experienced this at different levels. What helped me was going into therapy and when I was refered to a psychiatrist ... as I had become suicidal ... finally diagnosed the PTSD and put me on medication. What I appreciated with this Psychiatrist was she gave me time to discuss which medication could help me.

It's not easy being in your state right now and you can only do your best right now. If you know some grounding tricks like keeping your attention on you breathing (breath in by the nose and expire through the mouth); contracting your muscles very hard and let go - start only when the tingling sensation end.

I need to be alone, to breath and relax but 'alone' is impossible to find.

I feel proud that I went to the gym for the first time. I did aqua fit and loved it. I even introduced myself to another lady who hadn't done aqua fit before (I have). I was so anxious before going but I did it. I rewarded myself with a coffee in their cafe.

I know I shouldn't be, but I'm feeling pleased that my dental hygenist appointment has been moved to Thursday.

I'm starting to feel anxious about tomorrow. I have my fitness (or rather unfitness) assessment at the gym.
