I'm anxious I've been wrestling with distorted thoughts all day. It's so exhausting to go over and over and over and over and argue and argue and challenge them. I sat outside in the sun. I had a cup of hot tea. I took a little nap. I've even been reading articles on how to stop distorted thoughts. I feel like I'm just going in circles and not really getting much relief.
