What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I feel awful. Sad, mad, lonely, feel like crying, and running, breaking down and holing myself in my room under the bed covers.

I feel very exhausted and also hopeless. For the infection eats away my energy.
I feel lonely, isolated and deeply sad. I cry a lot these days.

@KP the nut - I would feel scared too. I did in my 20's and 50's. it's the not knowing that terrified me. It turned out benign for me. Soon Thursday will have come and gone. Would holding the fluorite (sp) help? Or maybe you just are going to feel scared and tired. My thoughts are with you. Sending healing light wherever you are.

I am simply tired.

Would holding the fluorite (sp) help

That is what I did.

I was recalled for 2 reasons. Firstly the lump which I had felt and secondly white spots on the mammogram. The hospital staff were amazing, very caring and professional. I had another mammogram and then went in to see the doctor. He talked me through the white spots which are calcifications. Then he examined me and did an ultrasound.

He could feel the lump and tried to remove fluid but there wasn't any. He then did a biopsy and I have to wait for 5 - 7 days for the results. He did say it didn't appear cancerous.

The calcifications are probably due to my trauma (car crash) almost 4 years ago. He needs to biopsy them as well but unfortunately the x-ray machine needed wasn't working. I have that biopsy appt. for next Thursday at 1.30pm.

So, so far the results look good. It is a relief.

I'm feeling tired, drained and a little sore. I'm thankful and optimistic plus Hubby is on his way home.

I am tired. I have had such a busy week with appointments for my youngest son with the Aspergers expert. They say he IS Aspergic and probably my eldest son too, but we have to wait for the official report in a few weeks.

I am so proud of myself for doing a sleepover at KP's house! I usually hate staying over and it was a big move for me but KP and hubby are so laid back and there was no pressure. We had fun and drinks and games and just a lovely time. I am still buzzing from it as is my H and can't wait to see these fun folk again! Thank you KP. xx :tup::D

I'm feeling excited, empowered, and alive. I am looking back and seeing just how far I have come over the years and although there will still be work that I can do, I have accomplished much that I am proud of.

Also, I am coming up on the 5 year anniversary of my membership here at the forum (Feb 27) and I am feeling especially grateful and blessed.
