Feeling confused and a little out of it.

Confused and a bit out of it has turned into outright depressed. This rain isn't helping at all.

I feel so much better than yesterday. I am a space case today, probably from being overwhelmed and stressed and worried about so many things.

I;m feeling good that I am awake and ready to take on life, after having two sleep days in a row. My family likes having me up and alert. Though there was a part of me that welcomed everything be shut out but dreams.

I am being more assertive though and that feels really hard but is also really good.
