I feel wonderful today like a cat all curled up in a sunny spot on a window seat. It is so good to be home. Giving myself a pajama day with what is left of it. I feel stable and Peaceful and I am so appreciate this to enjoy.

Depressed (SAD). Mentally ill to the point of being physically ill, (due to the way my brain channels stress). I feel old, ie; tired and weary.

Fearfully numb....can't seem to bring myself out of disassociation. So I'm not feeling much, which is alarming

I am feeling very peaceful and calm for the present moment and am grateful for this reprieve from stressing out over so many different things. I am hurting inside and I am trying to feel the feelings and let them pass through me.

I woke up feeling pretty good this morning. Of course it helps when you have a dog who is overly excited to see you every morning. I am bound and determined to keep this feeling going. Feel positive.

Sad today. I couldn't make it to my T appointment and the lessening hours of daylight is depressing me. I hate the winter.
