What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Feel like I am watching pieces of myself burn up and fall away disappearing and only arriving back in view long enough to remind me of the agony of it.

Feel like I'm stepping on my own air hose today. Anticipatory stress I'm hanging quite a lot on a doctors visit... trying to keep it right sized.

Wide amount of things I'm not feeling / rather just thinking of, cut through by determination, if that's a feeling.

I woke up in a negative mindset and my plans were changed due to techno difficulty with my lap top for four hours. So I have a plan b and feel so much better now.

I will do my plan a tomorrow I hope. I feel pretty good about being flexble.

Kind of between here and there, got a new phone, and I cannot figure how to put into it new contacts, I just keep doing the same things with the numbers and such and expecting different results, but it does not happen that way! So I am befuzzled.

Feeling some satisfaction because I showed up and participated in therapy today vs. playing the resistant toad.

Feeling optimistic about focusing on labeling myself an artist and photographer in 2016 after getting fired from the corporate world in 2015!

I'm amazed- I saw logic in 'long term' benefits in regards to myself and therapy. That future stuff isn't an 'if' anymore, that's a strange new thing and those confuse me.

I am feeling a little scared and a little bit excited as there may be a move in my future. I am thinking of living on my own for awhile, getting my own apartment. Moving away to the country or a small town away from here and getting a clean start.

I hope it will be a peaceful and beneficial move as that is what I enjoy about living where I am .....the calm and peaceful nights.

Overwhelmed..

I feel small and weak.

I feel scared and frustrated.

I feel empty. I want to make Yoga Nidra daily to help myself to calm down but seeing my inner room empty for a whole week worries me and freaks me out.
