Feeling sad and helpless. Dad has terminal cancer that has now spread to his lungs. Hospice is now getting involved. I'm not sure yet when I will fly out there.

I am so deeply sorry @Pottershand I lost my father to lung cancer in 2012 and I really do feel for you. I am sending prayers and warm hugs, if you accept.

I am feeling lonely and a bit sad today. Not sure why, but I'm sure I will figure it out as the days goes on.

I feel so contented and relaxed and happy today in spite of the manager and owner working next door on the apartment. I think i am going have to shut my front door because I am uncomfortable with it open and feeling overexposed.

I was going to say some relief, & I like Valentine's Day because it's a bit of softness in a cruel harsh world. :inlove: (But I know, most or many, hate it. )

Bouncing between strength, collapse, despair and hope.

Telling myself this is just a staging post on the road to recovery, better than it was & not as good as it will be. Some good sleep would really help, but my body just doesn't seem to want to do that :banghead:
