Today I felt: plenty of fear, numbness, grief and sadness.
I did experience moments of joy when with my daughter.

@Queen Boudica : I totally relate with that. It's almost what's going on inside of me.

I'm feeling despaired. Exhausted. Meaningless. Frozen. Sore. Tense. Like crying. Numb. Mute.

I'm feeling like hiding in my bed but I do fear the nightmares so I won't go there...

Ahh @Anrish. Wish I could bring you all the Nice Emotions, Hard To Name, I'm feeling, and help yours slide by, become manageable.

Do you have an option of trying different bed? As in: yes to sleeping, change to spaces?

I'm feeling cheered up. Someone I cherish so much cruised through their hardships smoothly. Good months' wait, sun out of the clouds.

@Cashew : Thank you for your caring word. You made me smile a little and I calmed down a bit. I'm feeling ...not alone and that someone cares about me. That's a wonderful thing. Almost makes me cry in my current state...but the emptiness ain't that big anymore. You already brought some nice emotions to me. Thank you.

Changing the place where I sleep? Yes, I've got the options but it's not about the place. It's about sitting down, doing nothing, closing my eyes...and there it is...:cry:

Feeling functional today! I've identified some issues and worked through some of it, at least started on a game plan. Still feeling lonely and misunderstood but I can deal with that today.

Huge increase in anxiety symptoms after an email from my work - basically making it clear they are not going to be welcoming me back & pressuring me on performance before I'm certified fit to return.

I am feeling happy. :happy: I bought a new entertainment center and it turned out to be awesome! :cool: The family is good; we are safe, warm, and happy. :):D:)

I feel utterly mangled. Like roadkill.
I also feel so very, very, very tired of these last bullshit months. Want it to end, but in my experience the winter blues and aggravated anxiety will continue until ends of March... :(

I am a but fustrated my checks are now coming on Monday and an extra day late because of the holiday. But, my mother is sending me money for food. (Only cause she wants to.) It is not the end of the world! Thank God for caring Moms, lol!
