Feeling like I just want to skip the next two days and for it to be over. Feeling some moderate stress but it can be there and I'll still do what is necessary... feeling some trepidation but know that is CHANGE.

All that numb makes sense now. I'm horribly uncomfortable with the feelings that are shaking loose, minimal experience in how to handle any of it so I'll let myself go slowly and see if I can figure out a healthy way to do this.
