Confused and worried

I feel happy and a bit nervous but, in a good way.
I feel a little nostalgic for the past, hopeful for the future, but a bit afraid of how things may turn out.
Maybe if I let it be, just be myself, and speak from the heart, it will go easier for me.

I feel a lot less stressed!

I feel grateful to be able to Welcome New Members to the Forum.

I feel happy to "Like" the posts of New Members to the Forum! So many beautiful Welcomes to New Members!

I feel so much better than the anxiety that has overwhelmed me this week. I went in to my childhood stuff.

I feel attraction, affection, and love for someone who I lost touch with due to outside circumstances, some 34 years ago. I feel affectionate, longing, and yearning to see and hug my old friend.

(She is someone who once made me feel very special and I have never forgotten her. She tells me the same, that she had remembered me down through the years).

I hope and pray that this could turn into something more than a long distance friendship....she means the world to me and if I ever had one true love in my life it is her.

I feel scared, excited, and happy....love will do that to a person.

panicy (is that a word?) but was told to breathe.... So, I feel calmer.

I think I might be sad, or something close to sad though sad doesn't seem quite right... it's an odd feeling, don't much like it.

I woke up this morning and I just feel: YUCK.

I am very nervous, anxious, and almost panicky today. Yet I am happy and peaceful in my heart!!! My mind keeps worrying me with "what if's" and that is probably the cause of the anxiety. I am peaceful in my heart because I know love will find a way!

Uncomfortable, tense, sick and just not here.
