Most things, making two appointments, looking for a new place to live, having a life, registering as a teacher, setting boundaries, reading books on boundaries, reading books on assertiveness, going forward in my recovery, being present in my body, f*ck feelings, but yeah feeling feelings.
 
I made one of the appointments.
I am looking at a new place to live today at 6.45am.

Practising grounding
Focusing on breathing
practising instrument
