What are you procrastinating about or avoiding and set your goal here

Wow awesome thread! And boy do I need it.
My situation: having to get used to/feel safe/even enjoy (?) being alone during days times.
For so long I have put off doing things that can benefit me, not to mention the stress of essentials I think “oh I didnt even do -that-today”.

So for starters I am going to make a practise sketch of an English Bull Terrier. (My best dog breed)
Totally regardless of how down I feel and how much my critical brain tells me its pointless. ???
 
I dislike cleaning, cooking, sewing and such "womanly" things. As a kid I was a tomboy. I flunked my Home Economics class. I'm a hopeless case in all of this. I just really detest it all!

So I have managed to make some things in the microwave. I also have a few dishes I can cook from scratch, like macaroni salads and Lentil soup (Dad made that, so I figured it wasn't a "womanly" thing.) I can manage heating up some microwave things.

So I need to get a handle on housekeeping. I have been sick for almost 5 weeks now, so my house is a mess. There is a small desk I can start on.
 
Well, I did not start on the small desk, because I had company come visit. SO! I spiffied up the house a bit and made some frozen pizza I had on hand. So at least I did SOMETHING.

Okay. About a week ago I went to the garden centre and picked up some flowers to plant out front. And they are going to die... no!!!
Im having a really tough time with STUPID depression right now.. so any little something is huge.
Im going to force myself out the front garden, weeding in sunglasses, even though I have ZERO inclination to do it. It has to beat the hell out of laying on my bed gazing and moping.
