I've done that in the past as well intothelight. It's tempting to feel like an idiot, but I think it's just in our natures, and it is good karma for us and bad karma for those who mistreat us inspite of our kindness.

My good deed was to share a very beautiful you tube vid of a mantra with friends. I'm wondering if I can share it here with all of you? It is very peaceful and bliss inducing. Is it allowed to share music here...I forget?

I did the gardening for the person I am staying with and her sister, they are both elderly and needed someone to do this for them.

I got the birthday card out in the mail. It will get there on time. Sbe will be surprised. That is the fun of it.

I am going to make a coffee for my husband who normally makes me one every morning. And pancakes for my boys, as I haven't made them for a while. Only little things, but the little things all count :)

I gave the other cat some of my kittens food, as the people in the house have not gotten back yet and he has not been fed.

Ironed and did their laundry :D

Today I made a shepherds pie and a lasagna for my youngest daughter. We will take them for her tomorrow morning.

With my broken arm, I wrote out 15 post cards (one for each of my close friends, safe person and one for my sister) and popped them in the post. :)
