Having your (ex)favorite football team FINALLY win the Super Bowl after watching them lose for over 30 years does not cause PTSD, but maybe some shock (too little, too late. I gave up on all sports well over a decade ago).

@Barberian For me - the Denver Broncos losing the Super Bowl. I was shocked and disappointed, as I thought they'd win, but it won't cause PTSD. For you - why couldn't Seattle win while you were still a fan? At least you're right that it won't cause you further trauma!

Just because I have PTSD doesn't mean you have it now too. (My moms a hypochondriac)

Listening to my wife loudly play Miley Cyrus - wrecking ball several times in a row, every morning, and playing it again several times in a row, a couple times during the day for well over a month does not cause PTSD. Maybe wanting to stuff my ears with cement, and wanting to make cement earmuffs, encase my entire head in thick cement, but not PTSD.

P.S. Yes it is a good song, but there is a humane limit to Ol'Miley.

Stress reactions due to voluntarily opening the door to communication on health issues with a sibling I cut off doesn't mean I have PTSD. Voluntary is the key word here I guess.
