LOL -- thank you @MyWillow ! I needed that reminder..... whew....

So something good you can look forward to exploring is what makes you feel grounded. For me I prefer to be as close to the mat as possible. Sitting tightly cross legged and lying forward. That's how I start most times. Standing makes me feel a bit uncomfortable which is curious - maybe it's feeling exposed/seen which is weird because I'm about to deliver a lecture to a large room of Uni students. I don't like using the chair at all. These things can change from session to session and within a session so you are encouraged to be curious and really listen to your body. I've put all the emotion to one side for the moment as I cope with the physical aspects better.
