So even if you have know idea of what being happy is your brain is really stupid and you can
easily trick it. If smiling is too hard, try humming a song you like (hum soft then louder). Its really hard to have any thoughts and hum at the same time.
 
Working with my houseplants, reading good books, watching good movies on dvd, taking naps, dressing well. Getting things accomplished. Talking with peers on the phone and good friends.Being out in the sunshine.

Go hiking
Listen to music
Help out friends
Eating things
 
Writing letters makes me happy, and I hope makes the folks I send to happy too! I send birthday cards to folks too.
