My back in pain
@Rain About 3 months ago I started taking a Turmeric (with Black Pepper) capsule 3 times a day. My aunt and cousin who also have chronic pain told me about it, and they wouldn't be taking it if it weren't true. It has really helped my pain A LOT! I got it from Amazon. It's $25 for 180. Within a week my feet, ankles, and knees were better than they had been for quite awhile! I wouldn't make this up!

I don't know if your back pain is chronic. I have arthritis, neuropathy, and fibromyalgia, so pain can be fairly constant if I don't stay on my protocol. The turmeric has helped so much that I am taking MUCH less narcotic pain medication and just use generic Tylenol Arthritis. I can tell if I skip more than a day or so. Turmeric is a spice that is used in Curry powder and is used in the Mideast regions. It's a natural anti-inflammatory, that apparently works best when mixed with the Black Pepper. It doesn't bother my sensitive stomach either.

I'm not sure if your back pain is chronic, but I thought I would pass on the info.
