The dick that nearly ran me and my daughter over at the crossing, THE RAGE, OMG not healthy!!! Breathe and breath and scream and CHUCKED a bottle of soda at the car!!!! OOOPS my daughter said mummy that is naughty!! I said he was naughty for not stopping but yeah, ur right mummy was naughty but oh man I think if I had a brick I would have Lobbed it at the car,, GRRRRRR!! This anger management therapy is BULLSHIT:mad:

Oh yeah and another one, some stupid cow said to me in my group today, Why are you here, you dont look ill!
WHAT??? cos I managed a bit of make up today and my dark circles are a couple of shades lighter!
How does PTSD and GAD and IBS and FNH actually look then BITCH!!!

As if his PTSD is not a life sentence as it is, they are dragging this out even more.

I acknowledged today the fury I felt at being so mistreated by my brother last week and it was witnessed and validated by my counselor...which was helpful. She said it was a horrible thing to say to me, and allowed me the experience of my feelings.

Grrrr OCD. I'm angry that however long I look at something or push it, I can't register that it's locked/switched off. I'm angry that I can't just glance around and leave the house like most people can.

Today...

My writer's block- I have an assignment due Wednesday and I can't even think of a stupid idea to start with.

My computer- Something keeps happening and safari keeps shutting off and it takes a long time to load the PTSD forum.
