What Made You Angry Today?

I am angry that my grown up lads had an argument and tried to involve me even though they are fully aware of what I'm going through right now.

I'm also angry at the stupid 'white van man' who was in front of our car this morning. He tried to change lanes without looking and nearly hit a Range Rover which had to take evasive action.

Well done to the driver of the Range Rover who saw the van coming.

Is there a special driving school for White Van Men (his van was blue but I think it was white in his head!)? Do they have to learn how to drive badly, not use mirrors, use their mobiles whilst driving, smoking and eating a pie? Do they get taught how to be bad mannered and abusive, how to use special (abusive) sign language? :rolleyes:

Luckily we found a solution that is easy and we can both live with. I really needed to remain calm as it produces better results.

E made me really angry this morning. It really was an accumulation of building anger do to...well, it doesn't matter. I blew. Now I am angry at myself for blowing. Grrr....

Been angry for three days now. It's mostly because off work. One of my guys is consistently negative and creating conflict within our team. For some reason, he seems to have earned his way into triggerhood. Anyway, he said something particularly nasty publicly, so I returned the favor, reacting out of anger. Pretty much, unless he changes his bahavior, don't think I'm going to be able to stay at this job.

I woke up in a state of absolute FURY towards my mother. I had to growl and let my pillow feel the full brunt of the force of it. It was seething for about 30 minutes, and now it's passed.

I was disappointed. I had hoped to see my daughter on her birthday. I will see her tommorow for coffee and we will give her the present. I was not angry, just sad and hurt.

I am angry at my physical symptoms. By 2pm everyday I'm done. Every part of my body hurts and I just want to go to bed.
