Must be new geofencing, I'm in Canada and getting the same as @Teasel and @ruborcoraxxx

i'd wager it's the forum or youtube itself rather than geofencing. i use tor and i've gotten this same issue with every identity since yesterday. it's also happening on all the rest of my devices.

This was Youtube making a change to how their embeds work. About to be fixed here. It is global and everyone has to change their software to fix the issue.
