In my opinion, it's still very much a mean old world even if you're not by yourself, dammit. We're surrounded by mean.

But damn...they sure can make those guitars and such sound sweet...which makes me think about how we use the word "mean"...like they sure play a mean guitar, but mean that "mean" in a good way.

Language...can easily create, soothe, solve, or complicate...go figure.
