I know I dissociated at age 5 by *"Going into the mirror" during a knock-down-drag-out my parents were having. The memory of being carried predating that so I imagine I was 3 or 4 years old. Young enough that it was before I could speak. I was never 100% sure before, but now I am convinced that I was experiencing depersonalization, derealization, dissociation at an earlier age than 5. It puts things into perspective for me.
