Ok, I'm not through my first cup of coffee, and somewhere I wrote 6 more days until starting, but it is the 21st, which is not 6 days from now, lol.
 
If you wanted to be added and are not added, let me know. I have PTSD and I don't always keep info in my head, lol.
 
One thing that is important, in case anyone is considering doing this, but thinks it is too much for them:

You can do as little or as much of this as you are able and comfortable with. If you can only do one thing a day, great! Do that, join us and tell us about it. Whatever you can do, is better than doing nothing at all! Even if you are not up to telling anyone about doing it, that is OK too. Do whatever you can!
