This is sort of off topic, but that song is on the news A LOT here, mostly because of the fact that the guitar is played by five people, not because of the actual song.
You know you have PTSD when a "good day" means you had the courage to THINK about writing in your trauma diary again after putting it off for two months.
You know you have PTSD when you can't concentrate as much as you would like to on a test in one of your university courses, because the LAST thing you did in the course was watch a triggering movie which made you run out and cry for twenty minutes, and you're terrified that you'll break down if there's a question
about the movie on the test.
When it is Friday night and everyone in the house goes bowling. You are relieved they didn't invite you even though it was your spouses idea. They don't bring you because it might be too much for you.
The hubby just got done telling you something and when he's done you say, "What was that!", or "Can you repeat that!" Then, you try your very best to pay attention the second time.
