When you feel triggered because people have similar hobbies or interests like some of the people who abused you - even if the new people aren't at all connected to the old ones.

When you are physically sick and asked by a family member if your mentally "okay"? Like you didn't "try something did you?" Seriously! !! Ugh

When you go back to thinking of everything in very mechanic terms as you've passed your limits with manipulation.

When you decide on taking what hurts -differently- even if not -less-, so kindness again.

When the only really making sense people in your life are your weapons. Working on it.

... It takes you half a year to begin remembering something else of a memory than the weather of it.

When your body gets tense as soon as it has the opportunity to relax.

Your T has to give you some type of little toy to fiddle with to "bring you back" to associating.
