This thread is very amusing. :D
You know you have PTSD ...
...when your wife tells you she's having out-of-body experiences at Heathrow Airport, and instead of being upset you find yourself envying her ability to dissociate.
...when the questions "what country are we in?" and "what year is it?" no longer disturb you.
...when not knowing the answers to the above questions yourself also no longer disturbs you.
...when you find yourself having a verbose argument—with your own journal.
...when you wear your hair down loose so people will assume you're talking on a mobile headset when you're in fact talking with yourself.
...when you can't decide whether the house alarm was a good idea because it makes you feel safe, or a bad idea because no-one can ever remember the bleeding code.
...when you start to ask your wife why there's an American flag in London, only to realize that you're in America, have been for a month, and it's the same flag your Yank neighbors have been flying for the past year.
...when despite all of the above you're still considered the 'sane one'.
