Or when sitting in the back row of a bus wishing you could sit just a bit further back.

When you finish taking a shower and turn the water off then next thing you know, your standing in the shower dry. You get out of the shower thinking this is normal and your only thought is "I wonder if I used the soap"

I went to the hospital and saw a notice on the door saying the clinic had been moved to another building. I go to that building and find the clinic isn't there but at the original site. It is then pointed out that the notice had yesterdays date on it.

WTF I can barely know what day it is let alone the date. Move the bloody sign - they did :roflmao:

Kp You make me Laugh whilst you probably see funny side it now, im sure it wasn't at the time highly annoying leaving an outdated note.

You know you have PTSD when you don't know which way to turn, which way is forward, when eveything feels like such a mess. One minute you are ready to take on the whole and fight this the next WTF.

When you have forms to fill in about how your condition affects you and your thinking what the hell i have to read the question 10 times to try grasp it let alone try and put into words how the hell it affects daily living.

When you desperatly want to let someone in to how bad things are but you end up pushing them away.

(have you guessed i am a mental case, i am definitely not made right thats without the PTSD on top of being a looney tune)

I was v stressed out and almost at panic attack stage as the detour had made me late for my appt.

... but you write things down in a different place each time, so the things you need to buy are written down across three different notebooks, various scraps of paper and the backs of a couple of envelopes, most of which you've either lost or thrown away anyway.

AND when you finally do find one of your grocery lists, the same item is written down 3 or 4 times.

WTF??!!:confused::O_o::confused:!! Only I could turn Nemo into a nightmare!!

(no, my traumas didn't have the remotest thing to do with fish!)
