I took some cloths pins and closed the curtain around the tomato plants and so now no one can look in my windows, problem solved. No more anxiety.

You know you have PTSD when the upstairs neighbor walking around on her floor with bare feet drives you crazy, because it reminds you of another person who lived up there who was very inconsiderate about noise. You want to ask this new tenant if she could please buy a pair of slippers, but you are chicken to ask this. You never asked that other tenant to do that either, come to think of it, but you sure imagined going up there to do so many a time!

you know you have ptsd when watching shows that the focus on any way except from the war in Afghanistan or Iraq doesn't bother you. But as soon as you see a movie about anything in the area of operation (aor) gets you feeling anxious and on edge almost like you were back there

When your fear of people is so high, that you're not able to go and pick up a parcel at the post office, even though you waited so long for it to arrive. No, it's even worse; Because I so feared to go to the post office this morning, I couldn't find any sleep. Was up the whole night, and my heart was pounding like mad. I feel insecure, incapable, sad and am very disappointed about myself!
