So, this morning lost my Fitbit. Couldn't remember when I last was wearing it- this morning? Last night? When I got up in the middle of the night? Looked everywhere, retraced my steps three times, looked in random cupboards and drawers, through pockets, all the usual stuff. Still nothing. So then it occurred to me that if I analysed the app data it might give me an idea of when it last registered me wearing it. That actually worked! Nothing showing for today, but did register up to 4am this morning. Damn thing turned up in my bed of all places!

Retracing my steps now has a new meaning!:roflmao:

I had a blood clot in my leg a few weeks ago. Apparently I told my sister about it, but forgot I had. So I told her about it yesterday. She reminded me that I had already told her about it. She told me that our mother had died from a blood clot in her lung, something I had also forgotten. She said she had told me about that a few weeks ago also. I did not remember her telling me that! Nor did I recall that it originally happened. She is older than I am and claims to have memory problems too, but obviously not as bad as mine, which leads me to believe that a little more of something is going on in my case than just memory loss. She does not have PTSD and I do. So it is probably some kind of dissociation going on in me that is causing all this.

Anyway, now I am scared as well as having these memory lapses. I could die any day....

This is total utter chaos, right this minute! I was, I dunno, on my laptop and periodically staring at the wall... and I noticed it was getting towards 5 o'clock.
Well, I texted my friend to see if there were any dinner plans later in the evening, - because I thought it was coming up at 5 PM.... then I thought "wait why is it so dark"... And "Wait, why is my bedroom door closed, did I close it for some reason?" I had to open my bedroom door and peek through and see the house was dark, and was dark even with windows... Oops, it's 5 AM. I don't think I've ever been confused for 14 hours or however long.
So, this one is actually freaking me out, extra.
I'm glad I don't have plans today.. Saturday... I'm so wide awake! Even if I sleep a bit, I know from experience that I will feel groggy.
It's awful and it worries me. Ok end of this rant. Sorry.

...when you have Elbow Cancer!!!

No. Wait. That's "Anxiety Girl : Leaping to the worst possible conclusion in a single bound."

Especially as 'Elbow Cancer' ? Ain't. A. Thing. :shifty:

What IS a thing is when you've been zoning out whilst leaning on your elbows, and as such? Have bruised the bone & caused other prolonged contact / pressure injuries. :banghead:

Sigh. You know you've been disassociating when? ...You have injuries consistent with being trapped in a well, or other small confined space, with no movement possible. When SURE, movement was "possible". Just. Apparently. Not. Happening. :bag:

Earth to Friday! Earth to Friday! Come in! Friday! Hellooooooo...

When the server crashes & loses all information posted in the last 24 hours... & your first response is? Nodding empathy. (To. The. Server.) So been there, mate. Yeah. That's rough. I know.

:cautious: Not that I anthropomorphize... At all ...but our PTSD-Server just lost time :inlove: It's kind of like intelligence servers with spyware, ya know?

When you absolutely cannot be trusted to pick up a few things after therapy. Standing at a check out starting blankly at cashier I have the bag and gave exact money receipt is in the bag. Suddenly realised this and just laughed in her face and walked away. :banghead:
Then later discovered I didn't get anything for supper which was the whole reason. Two days later finds bag of purchases, a t-shirt two sizes too big a makeup brush that I don't even know what it's used for and a sandwich that's definitely not good anymore.

When every now and then I have to pat myself down to make sure I have the essentials, phone, keys, wallet. Ok good. two minutes later, *panicky pat down* phone, keys, wallet, repeat as required.

Me: Says partners name... instantly forgets what I was going to ask.
Him: "yes"
Me:....."I love you"
