Woah a lot to reply to....

What makes you feel passionate?
Working with cultural arrangements (festivals, concerts, gaming parties, town nights...etc. Right now I'm at a planning weekend for one of the festivals I work at, actually), creating virtual universes with stories, characters and plotlines from scratch, art...

Any chance you would consider printing it out to give it to your T?
I actually did. She said she hadn't realized it was severe until now, so she said we could try medication. We just need to wait a month until trying that because laws and because I smoked a bit more than just tobacco two months ago, and it has to be three months.

It is important to finish tasks:
I'm actually very aware of all those points there, which makes it even more frustrating when I just can't. It's very tiring and damage my self esteem and limits my freedom to hang out with friends and do fun things, cause when I don't do productive stuff during the day I'm not allowed to go do fun stuff in the afternoon, so I spend all afternoon on my computer instead which is extremely depressing because I depend on being busy to survive, pretty much.
Thanks for the articles!

One thing I suggest is to take small chunks of a chore and do a little bit of it at a time, then go do something you enjoy and set a timer to help regulate this. When the timer goes off, get back to your chore for another 5-10 minutes and then when your timer goes off, get back to the thing you enjoy. If you have a cell phone, use the alarms on it to help you.
I already do this, but sometimes it's kinda meaningless because I end up turning off the sound on my phone because it's annoying or I turn off the timer while doing something I enjoy to just wrap it up and end up sitting there for 4 hours. Hyperfocus, "yay".

THAT I find a little hard to believe.
I have no choice but to be cool with it.

Getting wrapped up in something like a book or a computer seems to be a well known ADHD "thing".
Or spending 10 hours drawing tiny flowers on a drawing...

You accidentally run away?
No I accidentally locked myself outside haha

You're far from worthless and this stuff isn't your FAULT. It's your responsibility to deal with it, in spite of that.
Yeah and I did completely fail at dealing with it... which makes the failure part pretty much true.

None of this sounds like a stupid, ridiculous problem to me! It all sounds very real and very familiar.
Thanks

the question of whether the discrete diagnoses like ADD are actually real
They are.

on the basis of what evidence?

Anarchy, ALL diagnoses are 'not real' in that they're concepts to describe a constellation of symptoms, thought constructs to explain something that is.

That doesn't mean these conditions don't EFFECT people, and that the effect of living with them is bloody well real.

So if you could kindly shove your gaslight.

Of a vulnerable teen that's doing her best to live through, no less.
She really don't need this invalidating pseudo-philosophical nonsense.
