So I have to say it is so nice to be able to talk to other people living with C-PTSD or PTSD. Have had this most of my life but recently was diagnosed with this. Totally shocked but it all makes sence now. So hello to all of you and glad to have the support:)

I too have had PTSD my wh whole life and when finally diagnosed many years ago, felt like both of you! Things finally made sense.
Hope you both feel the care and support here. It does ease our journey so much to know we are not alone.

Welcome @Lee2001 . It is one of the best things about this site for me- being able to connect with people with the same or similar diagnoses. I still haven't come to terms with my diagnosis which was about 3 years ago, but since I found this forum I don't feel so alone with having to deal with it. And it does make a lot of things in my past make sense. Hope you find what you are looking for here.
