Hello, I signed in to the forum because is being hard dealing with this, sometimes I am okay and then everything crumbles...
I was diagnosed a year ago
Both my psychiatrist and my psychologist are amazing, but still sometimes seems not enough...
But that's not the point, I'd like to share my experience and support you if I can !
