My wife has PTSD from life milestones and I'm just looking on how to provide support and possibly make her life easier on a daily basis.

When you say she has PTSD from life milestones can you say more about what you mean? Normal developmental milestones aren't generally traumatic so wouldn't usually cause PTSD.

She had a traumatic life from infant to being a young adult (19). It isn't my place to put everything that she went through, hence the reason I put it very general.

Life milestones sound like normal development, which is why I asked, and is very different to someone having had a traumatic upbringing. I do appreciate you wanting to protect her privacy, there's no need to share anything you don't want to, or that she would rather you didn't.

Everyone experiences PTSD differently, it would help folk to point you in the right direction if you could share what you're struggling with or need support with. There's a lot of information on the site too so have a look around.
