I"m finally feeling like reading a little again. can anyone recommend any good books on PTSD and healing. I haven't read in 10 years so newer stuff would be nice. Thanks in advance!!!

I want to bump this thread back up to the top. It may have gotten lost in the shuffle.
I'm still at a point where reading is difficult, but I think I've read a couple of books on PTSD. If I remember the titles, I'll post them.
