^^ I think that should be allowed. I don't know you, so this is the first I have heard of an invisible wife, but it made me think of the movie Lars and the Real Girl, if you haven't seen it, Ryan Gosling is dating a life sized doll (and if I think the doll would have a vote, then certainly an invisible wife).
