I can't help with the why. But you NEED to keep your appointment. Go talk about it and you will hopefully feel better. Hugs!!

@Snowflake there is your answer really. you want to cancel because you are all of those things and those are also the exact reasons why you shouldn't cancel.

You do not need to be embarrassed btw but I get why you would. Is there anyone that can take you there to support you at all?

I know over here we have large charities that provide cancer nurses who go to appointments with clients, visit them at home and offer some really great support is there anything like that near you that could help.

@Snowflake you have every reason in the book to be depressed and scared. Right now though, instead of pushing people out, you need to draw strength from everyone that you can. This is a tough road that you are on and not one to try and go it alone. Lean on as many as you can and draw strength, and power from them.
