I had to buy some blocks for my pet guinea pig to chew on. Well, she got 3 of them and I play with the rest of them. It is fun to be 3 again! I don't believe I ever had blocks to play with when I was a baby, but I am not sure. I don't recall any anyway. So this may be a first.

I'm sitting alongside the gentle clear water creek on some soft grass using my bare toes to kick small pebbles into the water. I can hear a quiet trickle of the water and feel the coolness of the pebbles near the water. I see little minnows darting in and out from the underbank of the creek. The air smells fresh with just a hint of some flower in bloom.

I have my pet guinea pig with me and he (I had thought it was a she, but he is a he) is feisty today, trying to bite the hand that feeds him! I gave him a chew treat, some wooden blocks and put him back in his cage. Good thing I named him Angel, because that can be a boy's or a girl's name!
