Sorry guys, just realized that the bulk of the music I use to deal with my Beast is TRIGGER central.

I guess I subconsciously fight the good fight by immersing myself in virtual versions of it.

Brother Sludge, Why not just put a Caution Triggers: at the top and post your music. It maybe good for some and not for others.....But if it may help someone......I feel you should, that's my 2 cents.....

Normally I would, but the screen still showed a man with a pistol to his head, which when seen out of context disturbed me. Easily googled on youtube.
