And Somebody. The one thing you have to understand is that none of us here on the forum are really qualified in psychiatry or psychology, and if we were, it would be improper to treat you online. And the same with medications, even if we were qualified pharmacists, we could not recommend. We are all different.
The only thing we really have in common is PTSD and that we have all served in a military unit of some sort.
This forum is only here for us to exchange information which we have gathered from legitimate sources. Share our experiences and what has worked for us. Share what medications have worked for us. Share what therapy has worked for us, and lastly to share a chin wag around the bar. A joke, some music.
The main point I wish to make mate is that you have to make all the steps yourself and seek the proper help yourself. The VA is one of your first steps and if your not happy there, try a Veterans Centre. There will be other veterans there that can point you in the right direction or lend an ear.
