Yep I earn`t them wings, one of the best time`s of my life, wierd as it sounds that you could actualy enjoy the humiliation. But actualy going the rounds and being able to stand (just about) at the end and getting given them is something that makes you swell with pride. .

A very good friend of mine transferred into medics from 3para, if he wasn't in a nurses outfit by the end of a regular night out, he was deemed ill. Animal, but a fantastic mentality for a soldier, guy would do anything and fast. 3 tours of Afghan has made him worse, even more of a sexual deviant!

crossed swords in Sennelager! what a dump of a f*cking place, glad I never had to go work in the garrison gym, managed to stay purely unit based.
Unfortunatly most Pti`s with us at the time were wankers who thought a beasting was a good motivator. WTF! I put it down to them being pissed of that half our troop were fitter than they were :D vindictive bunch they were, put me and a load of others of going to the gym to train for the rest of my career.

Never managed to collar a nurse myself, but did get into a Dental Assistent down BMH Rinteln, its allmost a nurse!

I totally agree with the un motivating psychological warfare of shit pti's. I used to actually research pt and try bring shit hot circuits and enthusiasm to the mix. I continued to instruct when I left, motivation is better than, "start sparking and put some effort in you weak individuals" any day. Glad I did my course at aldershit, heard sennelager was a shit tip.

Mind you, 50 knees to chest on a blue crash mat was ok here and there!

I was at a remf unit whilst home based, you were fit if you could walk, pathetic. However medical remfs meant women everywhere, knock door don't run after a night out;-)

Best Pti I ever had the pleasure of having was a WRAC or better said she had been untill they were amalgamated with the rest of the Army.

sessions were a bitch with her, never hurt so bad in my life than on the days she used to get a bench out and lock the gym door :sick: all that was missing were the knee high boots and the crop :love:

Like the sound of that, unless she had a beard? Aerobics was hilarious to watch, one of our ladies took it here and there, co-ordination of 18 stone Sgt major rugby types, was always a source of laughter.....on the sly.

Hardest physical 'test' I did was an acft 1.5 miles full kit (25kg) best effort, had to get under 15mins to pass. I did a respectful 12mins flat, was even cutting it with SOME of the regular infanteers. This airborne machine did 9.40, everything about him stunk of SAS, great to mingle with people like that.

Still, didn't prepare me for 70kg plus, tabbing into my pb on tour, that hurt.
