It's a warzone right here the good ole USA. I was out there for university from '99-'02 and man, let me tell you..it was a real treat then. Can't imagine what it's like now-party time!

Right before this last PTSD storm kicked in, well about a year into it, before things got bad in a major way... I was about to move out there : they were literally giving houses away to artists. If you could maintain primary residence for 12mo? You got the title to the house. I'd totally forgotten about it. I know the job market is shit, but for those of us with monthly checks? Hell. Time to go look back into that shit.

And besides, Zingerman's Deli (best delicatessen on the surface of the planet) is just down the road in Ann Arbor.

Yes, that is a MIL-SPEC Xbox One controller coupled with a mouse and keyboard controller so both the console gamers and the PC gamers are potential operators. (formerly the IRIS lazer system, now called LaWS)
The Phalanx systems, CIWS, CRAM and SeaRAM are all using or being converted to these controllers.

This should open a whole new realm of PTSD. I personally can't think it through. Seems easy enough until your mind starts processing that you pulled that trigger and took a life/lives. It no longer becomes a video game.

You know this may be a great idea for our vacation. Can we get some of these kids out in the wilderness were we can deploy some tactics on them and see how they respond. If they want the thrill of the environment, we can surely give it to them. We are f'd up enough to come up with some truly evil and fun ways to teach them a lesson.

Just to set the mood before you have to clear a village or building.
