Our Pets

...cats have just been approved as PTSD service animals.
I'd suggest double checking the info before seeking public access. Cats can be emotional support animals but legally, in the US, only dogs can be service animals, and in specific situations, miniature horses. Source: https://www.ada.gov/service_animals_2010.htm State laws may vary and allow more animals to be service animals than the federal regulations though.

They can be great therapy or emotional support animals! I have one 16 year old cat, a trauma survivor herself, and the cutest little cuddle bug.

@DharmaGirl , don't know where you live, and I'm old, but I can work with animals... that would be a dream come true !!!! That is one of the highest callings on this earth, besides saving people.... I wish you all the success and support in the world for this to happen.... please keep me updated....lots of hugs of this endeavor...I forgot to send this yesterday.... so will hit post now.... maybe this is not such a good reference for working on your farm..... Ladee, where are the horses???? uhhhh, let's see, wait a minute, Give me a minute..... ect.... lol

I have a little black kitten called Panda :) who's around 10 months old.
He's awesome! He's so loving & playful (except in the vets haha).
Whenever I'm struggling to process something & crying he walks up to me knowingly then sits on my lap. & it's shown me the real deeper meaning of really "being there" for someone.
He's a spiritual guru being lol :).
He is so present at all times. & never worries about anything.
He's also very vocal haha which makes me laugh daily he doesn't meow. He does short squeaks like a little hamster all day long :).
I was never a cat person. Always loved dogs. But Panda feels like a little angel that's come down to help me.
He's my hairy boy child lol & I love him very much.

@ladee, while you were hemming and hawing about where the horses were, I would have forgotten what I asked, lol. This will be in Eastern Washington State. I'll only have 2 1/2 acres, so it will have to be only certain animals. Out there horses, llamas, dogs, cats, chickens and goats would be the target animals. I would hopefully get some more land donated after I make it a legal non-profit.
