Why did he ask me out then go quiet?

My sufferer and I had a big fight earlier this week over something stupid, but regardless he still asked me to hang out on Friday (aka tonight). It's now Friday, and I haven't heard from him in the past couple of days. Granted we've both been super busy and stressed for different reasons this week. Why did he do this, and what should I do about it? Just go and make other plans?

I would text him. Ask if he still wants to hang out tonight? Don't put any pressure on him. And if he says no, don't make him feel guilty.

Is he in therapy?

Thanks! I guess this would make the most sense. We've been on and off for a few years now, and he's been in and out of therapy...
