Hi there, i joined because so frequently when i've typed in questions about what i'm trying to figure out it's always led me to this page. I guess i'm looking for a place of support, and to help other people too. It's comforting to know there are people out there who can relate and understand. I'm free to talk whenever, i love puns, jokes at the back of candy bars and christmas crackers, obsessed with my dog, i love mismatched ankle socks and i'm a pretty sensitive and empathetic kid who's been suffering with some pretty gnarly flashbacks, nightmares that seem to have gotten worse recently. Sort of hoping i can find some support here.

I'm new here too. This is my 4th day here. I've been going pretty badly lately, but this place has been good for me:-) i don't tend to write humour well though, ah well, something to work on.
I'm pretty empathetic and sensitive too, and mismatched socks are the norm in our house, for me and my.kids, anyway. I love all sorts of jokes, also some pretty off gallows and toilet-type humour.:joyful::joyful::tup::p
I am just coming out of my cave/house/shell after quite a while of major hiding. Going out with a bunch of girlfriends to see Macy Gray in Byron Bay, tonight. Not something I usually do, so pretty out of my comfort zone. Anyway, welcome fellow Newbies :-) It's good to know I'm not alone in my newness too :-)
